Grace Laborers Ministry is a Christ-centered, Bible-believing Baptist church in Tororo, Uganda, grounded in the doctrines of grace and the authority of Scripture alone.

As laborers in God's vineyard, we are committed to the proclamation of the glorious gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and to the unity of the body of Christ through sound biblical doctrine and an unwavering pursuit of God's truth.

Our passion is to labour and rightly divide the word of truth, to make disciples who know what they believe and why they believe it, and to see the church in Uganda and beyond stand as one in Christ.

We are not merely a church gathering; we are labourers together with God in His harvest field (1 Corinthians 3:9).

At Grace Laborers Ministry, we believe the Word of God speaks to every stage of life. For that reason, we host focused, gospel-centered conferences designed to strengthen believers in their God-given callings.

Currently, by God's grace, we hold annual conferences for women and youth, and we carry a burden and a vision — as the Lord provides — to expand this work to include conferences for men and married couples, that we might offer sound biblical guidance for the family and the home. These gatherings are times of intensive Bible teaching, prayer, fellowship, and mutual encouragement.

The goal of our conferences:
- To foster biblical community: bringing believers together for edification and strengthening the unity of the body of Christ.
- To provide biblical guidance: teaching practical, biblical, Christ-centered truth for real-life issues — godly womanhood, biblical manhood, youth in a challenging culture, and marriage to the glory of God.
- To equip for service: preparing every member to live faithfully and serve effectively in the church, home, and community.

It is our prayer that through these conferences, our people will be grounded in sound doctrine and equipped to walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him (Colossians 1:10).

By God's grace, and as the Lord provides, we seek to support the children of our church family with school fees and essential learning supplies where we are able — helping them overcome barriers to education and pursue their studies to the glory of God.

Our food outreach began in 2016 in response to a severe drought that led to a year-long famine in our region. As a church, we could not stand by while families in our community went hungry. What started as an emergency response has since grown into an ongoing compassion ministry. By God's grace, we have continued to serve vulnerable families through different crises — including the COVID-19 lockdowns and other times of acute need. Through our food drives, we seek to demonstrate the love of Christ in a practical way. We share physical nourishment where we are able, and more importantly the spiritual nourishment of the gospel — the true Bread of Life — combining practical aid with gospel outreach. 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God' (Matthew 4:4).
